4. Orders
When you place an order, you confirm that:

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item unless we are legally entitled to withhold it.

Aerdox does not store your full card number or card security code on our own systems.

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where applicable. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather, address issues, high-volume periods or events outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Aerdox is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout, although we will try to assist where practical.
Risk in the products passes to you when the order is delivered to the address supplied at checkout, subject to any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Nothing in these terms or our Refund and Returns Policy limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the issue.
Any product warranty or voluntary return policy we provide is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are responsible for using products with reasonable care and in line with their intended purpose. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, overloading, unauthorised modification, accidental damage, exposure to harsh conditions or normal wear and tear may not be treated as a fault unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
